The Sunnyside Diner is constantly expanding their dessert menu.  This week they are featuring their take on a classic, the chocolate chip cookie. If you’re in Griddle Creek this week be sure to stop by the Diner and try them, we are sure you will not be disappointed. If for whatever reason they are not to your liking, the Sunnyside Diner is always happy to correct any issues you have with your order.

Inside tip:  The Sunnyside Diner does take phone-in orders, just make sure you’re speaking to Christy.

The Sunnyside Diner is always open to host community events. If you’re visiting Griddle Creek and are in need of a venue, just stop in and ask for Sonny. There a lot of talented artists and authors around town who use places like the Sunnyside Diner to display their talent. Always check the event calendar at the diner for all upcoming events.

Inside tip: If you are an artist or an author, please do not be offended if Sonny is not familiar with your work, he is not familiar with a lot of creative works.

Egg Hunt!

Design Easter Egg Hunt2

The town of Griddle Creek hosts an Easter Egg hunt every year that is open to the public. If you are visiting town this week be sure to head down and register. Each egg is filled with a different surprise. It is a fun family event and visitors of all ages are welcome.

Inside tip: The adult egg hunt starts in the afternoon, those eggs have cash in them.
