Groundhog Day!

The arctic temperatures have lifted but it has left the residents of Griddle Creek wondering how much longer this winter weather is going to last. Desperate for any kind of relief, the Diner customers are willing to listen to weather predictions from anybody.

Inside tip: Don’t take weather forecasts from rodents unless they’re trained meteorologists.

The Sunnyside Diner welcomes all customers. They don’t have a lot of rules but the rules they do have are important. The diner does not allow customers to bring in outside food.

Inside tip: Believe it or not the Sunnyside Diner does have a dress code, no shirt, no pants, no shoes, no service.

A popular way to bring in the New Year in Griddle Creek is to head to the main town center and watch the Griddle Crystal Ball drop at midnight. Visitors will be sure to see lots of the residents gathered to participate in this town tradition. Be sure not to miss the countdown!

Soup’s On!

Design MarqueeThe temperatures have started to drop and that means it is soup weather in Griddle Creek. The Sunnyside Diner runs a soup-of-the-week special all through the winter months. Most residents have a favorite soup. You can usually tell who likes what soup based on who is in the Diner the most that week.

Inside tip: If they do not have your favorite, order something else. If you do not subscribe to the webpage, you can also check the new marquee sign to find out the soup of the week.

Get Lost!

Design Corn Maze

Are you in the mood to get out and do something but are not sure what? Well stop by Fluffy Farms and get lost in the amazing Corn Maze. Grab a friend and have some fun navigating the maze. The Fluffy Farms Corn Maze is a new tradition in Griddle Creek that is bound to be around for years to come.

What to do: If you are in town around this time of year, make your way out to Fluffy Farms.

Where to do it: For those brave souls in search of some spooky fun, the maze becomes the Haunted Corn Maze at night.

Inside tip: The Corn Maze is free to enter, but there is a fee if Fluffy must find and rescue you from the maze.
